What is New Mexico MLS?
New Mexico MLS is a multiple listing service used by brokers across much of eastern and southern New Mexico. Member agents use it to find homes for buyers in markets such as Roswell, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Clovis and Gallup.
An MLS is a database that participating brokers use to share listings with one another. A New Mexico MLS listing record contains the property facts, asking price, photographs, status and showing instructions, so member agents can match your home with their buyers.
New Mexico Flat Fee MLS is an independent listing service, not the MLS operator. This guide explains how New Mexico MLS works and how a flat fee listing fits into it.
Which New Mexico areas does New Mexico MLS serve?
Our New Mexico MLS coverage includes Chaves, Eddy, Lea, Curry, Roosevelt, Quay, McKinley, Colfax and Luna Counties, including Roswell, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Clovis, Portales, Gallup, Raton and Deming. The brokerage confirms the correct MLS from the exact property address.

Can a homeowner list directly on New Mexico MLS?
A homeowner cannot add a property to New Mexico MLS without a participating brokerage. You can sell without MLS exposure, hire a full-service listing agent, or use a licensed flat fee brokerage to enter the listing while you manage your own sale.
A flat fee listing does not include an MLS login. The brokerage remains responsible for listing accuracy, required documents and updates.
How does a New Mexico MLS listing reach real estate websites?
New Mexico MLS listing data may be distributed to participating brokerage search sites and consumer websites, including Zillow and Realtor.com, under applicable feed and display arrangements.
Those websites are independent of the MLS. Display timing, contact buttons and photo presentation depend on their own rules, and no particular website placement is guaranteed.
How do buyers and agents contact the seller?
Agents searching New Mexico MLS use the seller contact information and showing instructions supplied with your listing to schedule appointments and present offers.
On public real estate websites, buyers may contact the listing office, and optional Call Forwarding can route those calls to your preferred phone number.
What does a flat fee New Mexico MLS listing cost?
Standard is $299 for a 6-month listing with up to 25 photos. Premium is $349 for a 6-month listing with up to 50 photos. There are no closing, settlement or success fees, and no MLS-specific surcharge for New Mexico MLS.
